Digital Strategist

DIGITAL STRATEGIST - Remote Work Arrangement is Possible

We’re looking for the best and brightest minds in Digital Strategy to join our growing team. You’ll work on cutting edge social interactive experiences from definition, planning, execution through activation stages for top brands alongside some of the most passionate people in the industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide digital experience leadership with an understanding of desired user goals and business outcomes to advocate for optimal user experience internally, in client-facing engagements, and in product development

  • Communicate strategic ideas with well-developed writing, presentation and storytelling skills
  • Unify, motivate and inspire large audiences towards a common goal and vision
  • Discover business goals and user needs and define approach for internal teams to execute on it
  • Define measurable roadmaps for experience vision (how to iteratively move towards vision)
  • Uncover and leverage user insights to recommend opportunities for overall user experience and adoption
  • Effectively communicate digital strategy and vision with measurable indicators to various levels of leadership
  • Write to further 7Summits perspective in digital user experiences
  • Conduct research to uncover trends, platforms, and technologies related to user experience, especially in relation to online communities

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s degree in Business, Communications, Technology (MIS) or related fields
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience driving a measureable digital or social strategy efforts
  • First hand experience in leading large scale transformation projects, process improvement, change management, organizational transformation, requirements management, and workshop design and facilitation
  • Experience working on an Agile-based cross-functional project teams ● Strong consulting, written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Experience leading, mentoring and enabling junior team members
  • Hand-on experience with Salesforce platform and Certifications (Admin, Developer, Cloud Consultant) is a big plus
  • Prior experience with social business collaborative platforms such as Jive, Lithium, Telligent, LifeRay, SharePoint, or Drupal is a plus Core Competencies
  • Interpersonal Savvy – relates well to all kinds of people, builds rapport and relationships, uses diplomacy and tact.
  • Communication Skills - practices attentive and active listening, writes clearly and succinctly focusing on the points to be made. Proactive in communication.
